I don’t require anyone to weigh themselves unless they want to, because true wellness goes far beyond a number on the scale. My goal is to help you feel good in your body, support your hormones, and create habits that last—without the guilt, shame, or extreme dieting.

Every body is different, but most people start noticing shifts in cravings, energy, mood, and digestion within 2-3 weeks. Shifts in other PCOS/postpartum related symptoms can take anywhere from 3-6 months. It’s a journey worth settling into, with patience, compassion, and realistic expectations.
