You’ve been taking care of everyone else,
now let’s take care of you

Functional nutrition for moms, from the first weeks postpartum to years after

You don’t need more advice from someone who doesn’t understand your body, when all you want is to feel like yourself again

Maybe you're newly postpartum and you want to do this well, or maybe you're months in and exhausted no matter how much you sleep, or maybe your kids are older and you still can't shake the feeling that you don't know what happened to you. You’ve probably been told it's all just a normal part of motherhood, and maybe some of it is, but you know your body, and this doesn't feel like just tired anymore.

Maybe you've stopped mentioning it because everyone seems to have advice, but none of it was said knowing your unique body. Now you don't have to keep guessing, or Googling, because your body has been telling you something, and I can help you understand it.

Hi there, I’m Jess

mom, wife, and dietitian who’s been where you are

After I had my second, I hit a low point physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I remember wishing someone could just help me understand what was happening in my body. So I rebuilt, slowly, and now I help other moms do the same, with a master's in clinical nutrition from Rush University and training as a certified functional nutrition counselor behind me.
